I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday.

Prepped some bro meals, shredded chicken breast and veggies.

450 calories : 60P / 41C / 8F

I generally don't like to prepare starches in advance, I cook them the day of. Rice, potatoes, pasta, etc.

I've been slacking with tracking my food in this app, I usually stop tracking online once I hit my protein goals. Still maintaining at 2600 calories, I feel this is a good place for me energy wise as I am continuously progressing in the gym.

Gym was busier than usual today, I can see it being like this until feb/march then die down again.

@Chrisw77 crazy how I was cutting on 1700 cals from 240lbs to 160lbs in 1 year. Now I am maintaining my weight at 2600 cals with a strong focus on body recomposition. 10 weeks in and I am seeing amazing changes, judging by mirror pictures every 2 weeks, vascularity is increasing, seeing new veins is always motivating. Metabolic damage not even once 😏

@Cb1006 nothing in this world is free 😂 I need to get my energy from somewhere. I just prefer to time my carbs preworkout and the remainder closer to the end of the night for sanity lol.

For us that we lift we don’t get any metabolic damage. In fact I think it rises...I’m 5’1, female,~125 pounds and I eat around 2100-2400 without going over 125 lbs

Rosio, that’s the same range of calories for a sedentary 200 lb person to maintain.
