Monday morning, I woke up feeling better that I have in a long time. Lots of energy and I did not have to push myself to start the day! I make breakfast, did a load of laundry, exercised and got to work by 9am, also made my lunch and fixed a snack to take to the office. If every morning could only start this way! My plan is to get up and stretch often and do 30 more minutes of exercise this afternoon. Did I mention that I already have dinner planned (that's a new one for me). Thanks to all for being so open with your journals, it really helps!
