Wake after 2:24hr deep sleep, 7:32hr total. Had OMAD at 7hr before sleep again, and see no good reason to change. Timing established.
Next is to establish meal size. Didn't manage to finish what I thought was right yesterday, so I will go with a smaller meal today.
Made 54 large mixed meat patties yesterday (250 gram) A mixture of beef, duck, pork and chicken with skin, together with five kinds of organ meat + potassium added. Didn't mix in Calcium this time, as the other people in the house didn't like that crunch from egg shells. Will find another way for getting a bit of Calcium in.
