Is it normal to fluculate 3 lbs in one day? I weighed myself the following day at the same time and I was and I was down 2"7 lbs. I am thinking maybe my scales battery needs to be changed. Anyway I am going to continue with watching my calories and try to keep them below 1500

Yes,it totally normal, it's why I weigh myself every single day. some days I will be 5 pounds up, that doesn't mean that I have to change my diet, it is just water retention, keep doing what you have been doing.
