Another beautiful day again after torrential downpour last night; the weather's very up and down here.
I didn't sleep well last night & don't feel worth much today, but I did make it to my exercise class at the gym, did some shopping, and am considering making dinner. Another part of me is considering having leftovers tonight, but that same part is considering eating some Halloween See's chocolates. I'm thinking getting busy making the soup I dreamed up when I couldn't sleep last night will take my mind off the "c" word, lol.
Turning on some upbeat music and heading for the kitchen; Beans & Grains Soup with Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage and Veggies, here I come!

Ugh, I had a bit of a snack attack tonight. One Milk Dud & one Whopper showed me I hate cheap Halloween treats. However, the See's is a different story; I won't list the sordid details, lol, its all in my food diary.
On a brighter note, my soup was awesome!
