You would think that losing the initial 12 pounds would keep me going, but know today I had to have pudding. Why can't I be satisfied with one serving not the whole bowl. 2 more weeks and I will be starting Atkins. I wish I had not let my sister talk me into Advocare. It is fine but I am not changing any habits and I know it. I can not afford to continue to do this monterily or healthwise. I know that the only way I can lose is learning how to cut down on what I eat and exercise. If only it were that easy.
