It was bad... really bad 😂😅 almost half gone!! 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Oh well Atleast it wasn’t the chocolate chip cookies my kids were eating 😏

careful, they have alot of fat and salt....Im counting calories.

I don't count the Cal's in 99% of the nuts I eat hahaha 10.5% to 6.6% body fat in 8 weeks and I was eating 300g of almonds a day at times through it. I don't think you can put weight on with seeds and nuts

study's are being done saying that we don't consume anywhere near... and I mean even remotely close to how how many cals they suspect we do with nuts,seeds, legumes...

does anyone know why roasted and salted nuts are cheaper then raw ones?? really think about it. I can let ya know the legit reason why spending money on salt and roasting them actually makes them cheaper

Oh I dunno Keith I eat nuts every day and sprinkle seeds on everything. For me I like a crunch so its nice to put them through curries or omelets etc. Other beneficial food stuff we slack on is herbs and spice ... they contain so many medicinal and health qualities. And also really add flavours to foods, many also help hormone and therefore hunger and weight control - so add them to your cooking and desserts!

Volume. Lots more roasted and salted nuts sold. By a lot. All the processing, packaging, shipping, etc is orders of magnitude cheaper on high volume goods, not to mention actual price of the raw product.

Go to Costco and get sprouted papitas and sunflower seeds. Chia seeds are great also. Great in salads.

Adef you are so right. I started off thinking that I’d have a serving while I watched a movie. But 20 minutes in I had already eaten almost 2 full servings (and knew it). That didn’t stop me though. Just kept eating 1 more... until I tossed the container on to my hamper to get it away from me 🤣🤣🤣

I don’t feel bad about eating too many nuts though. If I were watching fat, then yeah. But as most of you know I’m eating at least 60% fat sooo it’s kind of a good thing. I was a little concerned about the amount of carbs I ate though. I had about 2-3 days worth of carbs. Usually eat 8-14 a day
