Today is day 90 of my 90-day program, YAY! It looks like my final weigh in is 193 lbs. Am I happy with that? Not completely, but I am happy about what I learned about food and about myself during the last 3 months. I am going to write up my thoughts about all this in a day or two.
I'm not planning on going off my keto diet. I must keep going, but I'm going to take it one week at a time. Time to regroup and refocus. I have decided not to have a "carb day" now that I have the opportunity. One of the things I learned is that I have more willpower and I'm going to skip the splurge of ice cream and cake, etc that I thought I would "treat" myself with to celebrate the end of my 90 days.
No carb-fest for poor Crumbcake! We still have a long ways to go. Have a great day everyone! :)
