On reflection, I think it was a fever shock. Believe I set the aircon very cool last night, and wake up shivering with high fever. Still have fever, and take it easy today. I've less fat to keep me warm. Makes more sense than a 'weight loss shock'

My body went hard, my eye sight was yellow and very unclear. Totally unresponsive. A first for me, but somewhat reminds about fever shock.

Just checked fever, and have 40c/104f now when I feel much better. Just took some fever reducing medications.

You need to see a doctor. Adults don’t typically get fevers that high without there being an infection somewhere.

Appreciate your concern. Will give the body a chance to deal with whatever is going on. If I get fever dizzy again, I'll definitely go to a doctor. Thanks.

Wishing you a rapid recovery! but I think I'd get that checked if I were you, that doesn't sound right.... Not to scare you but dude, think mild hemorrhage, seizure, mild/mini stroke...... I must ask a question, not for sake of embarrassment ---didn't you mention you were having difficulties using the bathroom last week or so? This may be a sign of a liver,kidney, or bile duct issue or blockage, which in turn could cause an infection resulting in a high fever and need for medication !!! I know speculation, but man I'd hate to see something happening to you which no one, including yourself saw coming ........ Get it checked and good luck !

wright2018 I was thinking along those lines, and performed a Colema. Found it squeaky clean. Fever is down to near normal now, so whatever it was, it seem to be gone.
