心得:今天收到工作錄取的通知,高興之餘也很緊張,希望能在下個月上班前,瘦個10公斤

Breakfast: 2 slices of bacon; 1 egg; 30 grams of mixed nuts
Lunch: 6 chicken nuggets; 90 grams of chicken popcorn; 1 cup of tomato
Dinner: 1 serving of miso roasted mushrooms; 30 grams of mixed nuts
Exercise: spin bile (9.5 miles/30 minutes); walk (1.8 miles/30 minutes); push-ups (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); abs roller (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes)
Feeling: very happy that I got the job offer today but at the same time a bit nervous about the challenges ahead; hoping that I can lose another 20 pounds before entering the office next month
107 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 13 kg.    Nog te gaan: 37,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

And I would not be upset if I do not reach the target. Funny thing is I joined the Shifting Mindset Challenge and one of the mini challenges is "forget the timeline." Now that I recalled I wouldn't be pressuring myself anymore. @SinnaBunz, thanks for the support; I want to become a better person in 2018 who has not only a better physique but also an improved personality. And yes, 2018 is going to be a fantastic year for me and you and everybody who wants to embrace positivity and feel good.
