Didn't lose very much this past week, but I did lose. Stress of starting a new job and screwing up my routine didn't help. With proper planning, I will be able to develop a new meal plan for this new schedule, even if means going back to setting eating timers. This is a awesome new job, I absolutely love it and it's a career move for me. Now, to keep plugging forward and maintaining good eating habits.
