Thanks but...something tells me/....I don't have this. I have to KCKO...go forward not back...but for the life of me...I cannot figure why... I have many NSVs so I am not discouraged. I have you guys...

I know you don’t want to, but you may need to up your salt intake and track your water. Keto leaches salt and electrolytes out of your system, that is why the two are constantly pushed and the water as well so it can be used to help flush. 🤷🏻‍♀️By minimizing salt you are short circuiting the chemistry of the process at leadt that’s what all the reading I’ve done has led me to believe.🙋🏻
