I am not too concerned about the gain, I have increased my exercise regime significantly over the past two days and I want to get in 4 to 5 hours of workouts by the end of the week. Still doing IF and cutting out unnecessary dairy this week. 3.5 weeks to beach holiday... I have my mind set to push as hard as possible.
61,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Throw in a low carb day and a low calorie day(under 500 calories) and see if that helps.

Great mindset, check your clothes, they going to fit better than what the scale tells you. Slowly does it👍

I am going in at 30g max carbs per day BBO and also 5:2. I even tried to give my metabolism a boost by have a cheat meal on Friday night. I dropped about 3cm off my waist so I am not too worried about the disappointing scale numbers. Any other suggestions? For now all I feel i can tweak is more exercise and less dairy?!

Instead of 5:2, try doing 4:3 and try doing a "0" calorie day consisting of only liquids like Green tea, water, coffee/tea,etc. Your body could be retaining water from the exercise. Eat food like fresh roasted beetroot which helps to release water. Measurements count so don't stress about the scale :) You are on the right path irrespective of what the scale says. Also look into Carb Cycling :)

I will look into carb cycling, I always love your ideas, thank you. I will try that and report back in a couple weeks, I am planning on no cheat days to see if I can actually do it. Maybe a 0 calorie day on a non workout day... lets see
