I don’t believe this....no work outs for a month due to being sick but I haven’t gone crazy with the food. I have feeling next week will be different. Hoping to get back to some works this week! Feeling better again(knocks on wood)

Exercise helps with the shape of body, with ones resistance, a feel good thing. But the thing one needs to loose weight is a balance, calorie controlled diet
