Happy New Year! Happy New Resolutions! Mine is to simply keep up with the Ketogenic Diet. SAD did not catch me this year! It was mid-December before I realized that I wasn't depressed!
I went off the eating plan briefly, because I was forming a new plan. Also, pizza happened. Due to unforeseen events, we decided to change tradition and have pizza for Christmas dinner. I opened by eating machine with eyes wide open that day. It was amazing that it was worth only three pounds! They will retreat.
Who knew that little things, like vitamins, added carbs? This month, I shall explore other ways of supplying needed nutrients. It looks as if I can get what my supplements provide by eating organic avocados, broccoli, cabbage, and free-range eggs. Grass-fed and grass-finished beef also add more vitamins and minerals.
I shall do whatever I need to do to get the sugar out of my diet.
All grains and all refined carbs turn to sugar!
