Tammylove's Logboek, 07 apr 10

Although I believe my recent weight loss was due to being ill and not being able to hold anything down, I figured as soon as I started being able to hold down liquid that I would put it all back on with my first drink of anything but it seems to be holding pretty well. Hopefully that is because I have been doing fairly well with my caloric intake anyway.

I am just trying to stay under 1500 calories, and trying to take in more protien. I am going to wear my 3 new swim suits well...this summer, I am, I am, I am ;-)
