PureHeiress: Thanks for stopping by, I love the new pic. I just noticed that it was *here* that I first saw the beautiful Easter Eggs and I feel I owe you an explanation of sorts (even though you were gracious enough to not even mention anything at all). I knew that I had seen some beautiful eggs somewhere, and wanted an Easter image for the poem on my journal. So I googled for easter eggs and there they were on the *very first page* (as you probably know). Consequently, I felt it wouldn't be too much of a sin if I resized and used the same image. It's not only not my custom at all it's never happened here before. I tried, but couldn't find any other eggs that even came close.;-) So there you have it, my apologies. However, since you have such excellent taste, I'm not absolutely certain, nor can I guarantee that it will not happen again (lol). I hope yesterday was as good a day for you as it was for me buddy!  

Oh, by the way... I've used Evernote for several years, it's an excellent bazooka and it has a corresponding iPhone/iTouch app which is also very good as well as a Firefox extension/addon which is also quite decent. A good solid peashooter which fits in a shirt pocket is: SimpleNote (this one requires an iPhone or an iTouch) which synchronizes astoundingly well with cloud based app. If either of you have one (iPhone or iTouch), I think that you will be delighted with it as well...  

Oh that's fine about the picture Info! Yes, I downloaded the app yesterday on both my macbook, iphone and firefox. I adore the app, I wish I had found it my first year of university however. By any chance, are you a premium user? I was thinking about becoming one as I like the app so much and would like some feedback on the extra feedback on being a premium user.

pureheiress: Very nice... I am am not a Evernote premium user and don't recall that I ever was. It's very powerful as is and I've forgotten what the advantages are of the premium subscription (I recall some faulty hand writing recognition for the Palm devices and tablet PCs as being one premium feature). Since they have just updated the Windows based application (much faster), it may be time to revisit the site and see what the premium version has to offer. I have so many subscriptions these days that they are becoming like children (lol). If you have the iPhone, I highly recommend the SimpleNote app which is a free download and the website is free as well. Use it for a few days, it has some great advantages for simple note taking and you will love the pure and simple elegance of the app on both the mobile device and the site. I am a premium user there (only $10/year) and this allows the mailing of a selection, news item, or article to SimpleNote where it automatically becomes a note (no graphics); periodic incremental backups where one can recover previous versions of modified notes; and a couple of other features which I like, but which are not at all necessary (99% of the users use the free app I would say). I believe that it is the most highly rated note taking app in the appstore. The website is: http: //simple-note .appspot.com (take out the two spaces). Why not download it to your iPhone, register right there with the app, and give it whirl. It's the *now* thing to do these days, like sampling a scone at Starbucks. ;-) Have a good day buddy!  

Thanks so much info! I downloaded SimpleNote. It's a lot better than the 'Notes' by Mac on the iPhone. That ghastly yellow is not appealing on the eyes. Who knows.. in a few days I might be a SimpleNote premium user also. :)
