Adpully's Logboek, 24 okt 17

I have managed some very good focus this week, four days of low calories plenty of exercise and all of the 2.4 kg I put on whilst on holiday plus a little more has come off.

Yesterdays practice hilly 10K run went really well indeed - I now feel very prepared for my timed Charity 10K multi terrain run on Sunday. It's a short hard run today then a very easy four days. I will need to mind the calories.
