So, I was stressed and tried not to overeat yesterday .. looks like maybe I haven't eaten enough . But at least there were no big carb splurges.. most of the crackers, all of the biscuits and crisis are still in the cupboards🎉🎉😁
For a change, I'm gonna have 3 meals today, but not extra carbs.. then do an extended fast from dinner this afternoon ( with stuffing 😉)
Next Monday I'm going fir brunch then a spa day with my best friend for our joint birthdays ,so gave to get a bit of EF in first. Hopefully my dresses and business shirt and polo shirt will arrive from Germany to keep me motivated ( and distracted )
