Same weight!!! I guess I will cut down on carbs & fat and increase my protein intake, also I'll lower my RDI from 2500-2700 to 2000-2200...will continue with gym work-outs & cardio, and avoid sugary satrchy tempatations. Let's see next monday how it goes!! I'm happy because even though there's not a change in weight, I can definitely see a change in my body, and am feeling how the fat is being transformed into muscle...feels good!
