I have another round to go. Each round/goal aiming to lose 10% of my total weight. My ultimate goal from here is another 10% to bring me back to my pre pregnancy weight which is 135. I don't know if it's a good idea, I'm talking about 22 years difference here. I will continue with my 12 week workout plan which will be over on Oct 19 and logging my meals for now to see if I can reach my final goal by then :-)
