A quiet day yesterday - A little bit of H&S work, a trip to see my mum and take her shopping and a phone interview for a home sitting service (face to face interview in Sept). I also moved a things around in my music room to prepare for getting a TV fitted to the wall so to turn it into an exercise area. I am currently investigating how smart a TV we need to be able to show utube netflix and iplayer vids on it.
Today finally I have my appointment about my shoulder issue It has been a problem for me since Feb. I have much better mobility than I did have but I still cannot move my right arm above my shoulder side ways and it's painful when I twist it - I cannot do press ups or many of the exercises I would like to do. A pain.
