Well, this losing pattern won't last, but hey, I take what I get and if it is Lemons, I may sugar-free Lemonade.
Today I am very happy with my scales. I may be in Ketosis? I have lost 2# in two days.
I am not going to complain.
I didn't eat well yesterday, I didn't get even close to my RDI but, it did show up on my scales today. So how can I complain about that? I can't.
Moving onward, and Downward!!!

T8U9, I just looked at my fat for yesterday. It was a 50%. I think that may be a bit under what I should have, but when you aren't hungry, it is hard to make yourself eat. And like I said in my post, it was too late to eat and I really didn't feel like I needed to eat. Thanks for the question tho. I do appreciate all comments and try to reply.
