Angelxx05x's Logboek, 19 mrt 10

Whew! I dropped those weird pounds that I gained in like 1 day.... don't know where they came from but they are gone now. My next weigh in isn't going to be until next Friday.

I do like getting in the gym and sweating, knowing I'm making something happen. I will try and make it today, really quick after work. I have to do my abs workout today and I'll try and get in a little cardio.

So from last Friday (168.5lbs) to today (168lbs) I dropped .5lbs.... :-( could be better, but could be wayyyy worse.

178 days to go....one day at a time!
76,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Sooo, we has this thing @ work now that we do 10 sit-ups and 10 push-ups @ the top of every hour...don't really want to do it but it is a good thing. I think I have my PT test coming up in about 2 months. So I should really be ready...
