Still a steady 136. I'll take it. All last week I was 138. Scale said my bmi is 22. Not too sure how accurate that is.
61,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Keep it up!! I used to have a scale that did BMI, body fat %, water %, etc etc. I found it was never took accurate. It bounced all over the place. I stuck to the good old BMI formula. But you've got 2 pounds less than me... I'll race you! Haha what's your goal?

lol lets do it! My goal isn't so much about weight; it's more about toning, getting rid of cellulite, and getting a round perky booty. As far as actual weight I want to lose 5-8 lbs. but if I am toning and gaining muscle it is going to be hard to tell. Is your goal more about weight or toning?
