I bought a body fat scale and it reads as follows body fat 42.7 body water 39.3 muscle 26.3 and bone 3.4
88,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 21,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 8,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Would you recommend a body fat scale ??? body fat seems rather high ????

I bought one and it essentially wouldn't read...I was too fat!!! sent it back.

mhh i wouldn't recommend it, or take it seriously i really don't think it is accurate at all, i have lost weight and it reas the same ammount of fat and roughly the same amount of lean mass although i know i workout with weights and my cardio comes from soccer and hiking which i do both once a week so the measurements i get from it are not accurate but i use it as s guide rather then a true reflection. in a nut shell if you have the extra $$ why not you will still get you wieght reading right at least.
