82 days to go weight stable going back on plan and recording today apart from sandwiches and toast when i was in hospital with my daughter, ive managed to stay away from the carbs.. although i gave myself permission to eat whe i wanted thursday evening/friday.. these were no takeaways, ice lollies are all still in the freezer, i didn't succumb to the freshly baked french stick with my salad that the rest of the family ate least night cream doughnuts are still in the fridge fresh wholemeal loaf still in the cupboard, with the mini naan breads and pittas
normally, ater ive eaten carbs, i have really bad cravings for days.. so hopefuly my body is finally adapting
hoping to defrost the freezer. unusualy warm here and the fridge is struggling to stay cold as the freezer is iced up.. cleaned the whole downstairs yesterday, so will work on uostairs and ironing today
hopefully all this physical activity and recording will help me to lose some weight.. once family notice weight loss, i can come clean about my WOE.. but ive tried and failed so many times before and my weihgt loss is so slow that i want them to notice first, so they can see i am actually achieving this time!
