I can almost certainly credit having a new scale for this small gain. This week has been so stressful with our move to a new house, and food hasn't been great all of the time due to the move, Easter, and a couple of functions and family gatherings. I wasn't sure I even wanted to weigh in. As I said, I have a new scale because I no longer live next door to my parents' house and that is where I used to weigh in every week. When I tested the new scale last weekend it had me about a half pound less than my usual scale... making my gain this week more likely to be about 0.8, but it doesn't really matter. This is my new scale, and I've had a rough week, and I'm just glad I'm not back in the 190s!
