metamora's Logboek, 14 mrt 17

I have not been rigorous about my diet over the last couple of weeks, have not been logging, but thankfully my weight has not shot up during this time, although it is up a bit. I know that if I stay unfocused I'll start gaining in earnest. Back to making a healthy, lower calorie diet a priority. Goodbye to those amazing chocolate Lindt easter eggs. Hello to making sure I get all of my exercise in and salads for lunch.
58,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 4,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
