Well well a little gain today It cannot be a coincidence that Friday and Saturday evenings I had alcohol but not last night- A 0.6kg bounce back - Difference in water retention I guess? Yesterday was an especially low total carb day just 35g. Net carbs was a fantastic 25g - i did have a few hunger pangs last night (I did do additional exercise yesterday) so had pecans and cheese at 9 PM therefore carb intake total 2190 cals.
Today I am up early and going Birding in Cambridge with a few friends.It should involve six miles of walking at least. hopefully regain the weight loss. One of the guys has a garmin tracker so I will know the exact distance.
