Good morning. Having my tea. It has been one rough week. Wonderful to sleep in. My weigh in is a day late. But, it is what it is. The older I get the more this body wants to retain water. I am trying to watch the sodium in the foods I eat. I am sure having a job where I am on my feet all day doesn't help. Spring is quickly approaching as we all are aware of! Today I received an invitation to visit my cousin. Each trip to visit her is so special and memorable. I need to tweek out the details, but I am so excited. I want this to be the motivation to inspire me to practice my healthy eating to be able to get back into my summer clothes!!!!
