My physical therapist would be so proud that I am doing all my exercises at home and was able to walk 10 minutes at 2.5 miles per hour!!! Worked at the church fish fry tonight. I did have 2, 2 oz pieces of fried fish and some slaw. We sold 400 dinners in 3 hours. Little bit of a workout, but tons of fun. I need t focus more on my success of losing 10.4 lbs and move on to the next 10.
My clothes look so much better. I want to look awesome in a bathing suit (at least feel good for 52!)
