Well to be honest I am lucky to have stayed the same this week. Maybe next week will show a gain, who knows!

I am due another meal out with brother and sis-in-law, that might be next week, or I might leave it until the following week to be on the safe side!!! eeek
58,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 13,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
