I felt like I ate a LOT yesterday, but calories were good. I loaded protein a little because as I went through previous journals, I realized my protein was sometimes fairly low. I'll back off a little today.
ASSUMING all things constant: 2714 kcal Metabolism (-) 1360 kcal Input Energy = 1354 deficient, or .39 lbs expected loss. 175.6-175.2 = .4 lbs. Amazing. Curious as to what tomorrow will bring.
Actual: Waist Measure: 33" on 11/22 (Goal is 32") BF %: 16.5% on 11/22 (Goal is 10%) Pushups: 55 this morning. I can tell my form is sucking. (Goal is 100) Fasting: Broke fast at 12:15 pm
Cut Plan: Pushups: 60 Thanksgiving, 50 Black Friday (form focus). Fasting: Water fast today until noon. Weight: 175lb by 11/23 (.2 lbs away) & finish cut by end of year. I'm going to say this goal is met! Exercise: Plan to enter a custom one if possible for my base metabolism. Use it to log progress.
