Guess who gained weight?! it's me! ugh, but it's fine I was a little crazy yesterday..I was kinda wondering if I would even though I stayed below my allowed carbs and calories.. fried foods just aren't that good for you (but taste gooood) okay i'll stop. So yeah, a weight gain.. but I'll lose it again before the end of the week (i hope).. I mean I will!! it's a gloomy day and I'm feelin a little gloomy too, but I'll pull myself together and get this going.
91,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 23,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Good job on wat you've already lost. Don't be discouraged about the weight gain. Look at what u've already accomplished. Just remember u start everyday w/a clean slate, so if u mess up one day, tomorrow is a new day to get bak on track. Good luck w/ur success.

You've still done a really good job! And it may be water weight, because fried foods tend to be high sodium also, which make you bloat/retain water for a day or two after, don't be discouraged!
