The day wasn't too bad yesterday.
STILL feel bloated from having cake last night. That's over though and my girl loved her party :).

Great on drinking fluids. (Ended at about 80-90 FL OZ of water)
Honestly, I'm happy with my food choices. They weren't perfect, but my mind is moving in the right direction.

I believe "the salad hoax" is referring to how it's supposed to be the healthy choice in restaurants (and I'm guessing it is comparatively because of the veggies, regardless? Maybe? Unsure here. Lower carb at least?), but the calories are still enormous, rivaling or exceeding the numbers from junk fast food meals like burgers and fries. For example, 1034 calories in Tim's salad, while at McDonald's a Big Mac with small fries equals only 770 calories. :P

what do they put in the salads for me salads is JUST the lettuce tomato and cucmber etc, I think it's the dressing that must be the problem, THERE lies the hoax.....PS Tim's salad is pre packaged isn't it?
