So this is week 2 for maintaining the same weight. I'm glad I haven't gained anything, but I'd much prefer to lose something. Ugh. I'm planning on being more diligent in my food consumption. Also, even though my week is packed, I'm going to try to do some exercise in my room before each day. Hope I get some results.
