Read "Bon Bons to Yoga Pants" by Katie Cross. Maybe it will help you get back on track. It did for me. This is not a diet book. It is a Health and Happiness book that just has the side benefit of helping you lose weight and get in shape.

I usually puck up my calorie intake for a couple of days and then drop them back down. I feel it tricks my body to not stall.
