I fasted 22/1. I didn't walk to recover a bit and also decided to figure out my sweet spot for carbs and tried 55 gr's of carbs. I slept at 6:40, and slept well. But it's been like a week since I haven't slept propperly. Those walks seem to help ketosis by pushing insuline levels a bit down by utilizing carbs. 20-25gr's of carbs are needed for the brain and that's fine, but having a little amount beyond that probably requires you to have some activity. Increasing the carb amount without the walk was not a good idea. I had 2 cups of spicey tomato soup, an eggplant salad with, my usual greens, sweet red peppers, onions and garlic, some walnut and pumpkin seed and my daily green smoothie. I had one propper bowel movement. I'll fix my sleeping schedule within 48 hrs and dry fast for a few days or maybe to the point I can keep going to get back into ketosis, and continue my expirements afterwards. 55gr's of carbs were too much boi, too much :)
