I feel my body swelling reduce. After only one day on the reset program I lost a pound. After I'm done with this jump start I think I am going to wait a while to weight myself so that I don't get discouraged by the initial gain caused by consuming real foods again. I am intending to eat healthily like I know how after this and frankly a piece of fish or some steamed broccoli sounds like a feast about now.

Did they come out natural? Or did you have the slip and snip? That will dictate how quick your guts want to start working properly again. And congrats on twins. And you said SECOND set? Ill pray for your sanity. lol
