I did SO WELL yesterday and I'm very excited that the scale is showing a loss today!!! I love when it is even pound numbers, I don't know why. I'm really focusing on not drinking my calories. I love milk and I will never forgo my morning glass of skim, but aside from no calorie black coffee water has been the only other thing I'm drinking during the work week. Yes I'm allowing myself a few glasses of wine on the weekend but that is it.
