ok started to rollercoaster with this weight. hanging between 197 and 194. UGH!!! 22 Kill complete. will be off for 4 days this weekend. gotta find something to do so I don't sabotage all of this work. goal is still 190lbs. running a 6 miler on Friday along with the gym. Have a great rest of the week folks. after the gym today, I weighed again, Yes again. I am down to 193lbs. I hope to be able to keep this up until Friday. at the rate I should be at or around the 190lb mark. fingers crossed
