Finally! The scale has gone down!
Now, I know it didn't magically go down. I actually tried to eat healthy this week, and I managed to run 5 times for the first time in over a month!
Exercise really matters kids!
I have been very bad at recording my food, and I KNOW that is where I break and that is where I fall. I feel inspired when I log my food, because I know exactly what I'm eating. I need to make sure I do that this week.
Another plus, my scale says I'm down to 27% body fat! My BMI also just went under 24 (23.9)! So, I'm super happy. I'm going to keep up with my running this week, and of course, I'm always playing volleyball ;)
