hungry this morning. waiting till 08am for breakfast . still with the 16/8 intermittant fast. this plan seems to work , helps me put on te breaks for grazing without excessive feelings of hardship ,unless one gets busy and misses supper haha. of course the low carb high fat thing helps too with craving control.
