Actually began Intermittent fasting on May 16th. Weighed 222.8 lbs and now have lost 10.7 lbs in just short of a month. 5 days normal eating at average 2000 calories. Heavy yard work exercise 3 days per week (sometimes more). Feel great. Do not feel deprived. Fasting is easy and I have much better control of my urge to eat.
96,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 4,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 21,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
