food jounal.. gooooooood mornin everyone..i was lookin back at my first food journal entry just to see how i was eating when i first started back on fat secret...an really except for a tweak here an there its the same as i eat now..i did drop one meal of eating an extra salad, but i increased the one salad i have to make up for it..i guess i have been doing the fast all along, just didnt really put it together that i was doing the 16:8 fast until about 2 weeks or so ago..an for me..its working great..4.4 pounds an i can reset my goal weight..go down another 20 and reset it again..keep doing that and il hit my goals easier..providing i stick to my healthy eating habits..something thats getting easier day by day..i do eat low carbs right now since im not really doing that much thru the day time, but once i hit 300, then my plan is to start doing my morning rides once again..so i might have to carb up alittle more..but i dont see that as being a problem at the moment..pass that bridge when it gets closer...well..time for that first cup of tea..gotta cut grass later today..so..hope everyone is doing great..an has a great day..thanks for stoppin by..
