Sore!!! I did my first workout in FOREVER last night and despite the soreness, I am SO HAPPY. Slim in 6 is going to put me in the best shape of my life, I can already tell. :)
Unfortunately this morning my sneaky pup Howie managed to get to my medicine ball and chew several tiny holes in it before I even noticed! I was doing my makeup and when I came back I heard this tiny growl over on the side of my bed and I was thinking "what was THAT?" I walked over and there he was on all fours, laying flat, sneakily puncturing away. It's so hard to be mad at him, he's had a rough life before we adopted him. So, I will be probably wrapping it in saran wrap to salvage it and continue to use as long as possible.
As I've noted before I'm doing a hybrid now of WW and SB. Yesterday in class I was thirsty and went down to get milk out of the machines but all they had was strawberry and chocolate milk. I still figured milk was better than soda b/c at least it had SOME nutrition. I drank it without checking points and it ended up being NINE POINTS!!! Ugh. Totallly threw me over my 21 point allotment for the day. Perhaps that's why I only dropped 0.2 lbs. Aside from that one slip up I had been really good all day long. I need to do really well today because tomorrow is my official "weigh in" day on the WW site.
EATING: B: Special K + milk L: sampled a variety of dishes at our Dieters' Luncheon (approx 10 pts) SN: string cheese, jello, coffee w/ half n half, mixed berries D: full fat chocolate milk (2 cups!), Babybel lite cheese snack
WATER: Another mediocre day; 3 cups of water. Gotta do better today!!!
EXERCISE: 1 hour workout!!! :)
