So so happy! I've been feeling excellent, and strong, and I am pleased to see my loss reflects that.
I'm 1.6 pounds shy of my April goal, but I'm pretty sure this is the closest I have come to meeting such a goal. And that's pretty good!

Can you explain the colors or what they mean..

The colors are on your weight history page. It starts at red, and as you progress and lose weight the color changes. For instance, you've lost enough that your color bar is orange. Mine changed to yellow with this weigh-in!
