Happy Tuesday Fatsecret! I did everything right yesterday, and yet I still am sitting at the same number on the scale this morning! Grrr. Hopefully since today is the first day I will be adding exercise to the mix I will see something better (lower!) tomorrow.
EATING: B: Special K + fat free milk L: mixed fresh berries w/ fat free plain yogurt SN: Babybel light cheese (2), polly-o string cheese (2), sugar free jello, coffee w/ 1 tsp half n half D: garlic shrimp and steamed green beans, sugar free fudgsicle, fat free milk
WATER: Six glasses!
EXERCISE: Lifted light weights, took stairs, walked 15 minutes to and from my classes
THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY: 1)I only have 1 class tonight so I will be home by 8 PM and can workout! 2)How good I feel as the result of eating right 3)How blessed I am to have a good job that I enjoy
