So not how I wanted to start the month. This seems to be what I should expect after food centric holidays. I gained at Christmas and New Years. I believe this to be a combination of things: 1. Cheat day was a day late (Sunday). 2. Easter was a carb fest. 3. I'm weighing in a day early because I am going out of town tonight for the weekend. If I were to weigh in tomorrow, I expect the gain would be less or non existent. I hate when my routine has to change. It throws everything off. But! I'll not let this ruin my day or my weekend.
